Three Dimensions is an Independent Meeting Planners Company
established in 1989.  The partner/owners Mary Ellen Vegter, Yvonne Grosek, and Theodora Dirksen are a dynamic trio with a strong background in the travel industry. Bringing with them years of experience in the world of professional finance and administrative and organizational leadership, Three Dimensions offers the required specialized skills in planning, organization and management.
 
Three Dimensions interacts with Meeting Planners International and American Society of Association Executives, continually keeping themselves informed and involved in the industry which assures you the quality you expect and deserve. A Southern California- based operation, they take pride in offering personalized service for convention, corporate, incentive and tour and travel groups.

Three Dimensions employs seven part time employees which are provided on the program requirements.  Several are solely administrative support personnel based at our office.  The necessary staff is contracted through local Convention & Visitor Bureau or Destination Management Company where the meeting is being conducted.

Three Dimensions' staff represents an extensive scope of travel industry skills as well as corporate knowledge and experience.

Three Dimensions has conducted meetings comparable in regard to number of attendees, meeting space, duration of program, number of parallel sessions, food & beverage, AV requirements, shipping & handling and exhibit setup using drayage company.
