Three Dimensions is prepared to provide complete conference
coordination and management assisting the Conference Committee to plan and
execute an effective, enjoyable and efficient conference.
Initially the Three Dimensions management team will work closely with the
Conference Committee chair and members to define the goals, objectives and scope
of the conference. Specific activities of the Three Dimensions team available to
the Conference Committee for the intended event:
Technical Program:
The technical program is generally the centerpiece of a conference. Three
Dimensions understands that this is both a forum for the latest research in the
field as well as a showcase for the newest innovations from industry
participants. The Three Dimensions team will assist the committee in
establishing a program that responds to the needs of the international
community. This will include assisting the Technical Committee with coordination
of the call for papers, processing of submissions to the conference,
correspondence, publication, distribution to registered participants and other
interested parties. Although Three Dimensions will not be responsible with
regards to the actual content of the Technical Program, but will provide
coordination and management of its implementation.
Conference Social Events:
Three Dimensions will create events that meet the different standards and
requirements of the conference including theme, logistical planning, promotion,
decor, entertainment, audio-visual, scheduling and budget. These official
activities could include Opening, Closing and Awards Banquets that set the tone
for the conference.
Regional Activities & Tours:
Selected with an eye on interest, enjoyment and efficiency, tours and activities
offered to participants give them a chance to explore the area around the host
city. The Three Dimensions team, with the help of our on-site professional
guides and experienced support staff, will ensure memorable, safe and secure
activities for the attendees, accompanying persons, children, and invited
guests.
Technical Visits:
Technical tours are designed to explore conference themes in the local area, as
available. This service involves the registration, payment, reservation of site,
host arrangements, transportation and settlement. Three Dimensions will handle
all technical tours logistics within the context of the general meeting
registration system.
