Operation
Publications:
Three Dimensions will coordinate the publication of conference brochures and
documents such as pre-conference announcements, call for papers, proceedings,
final programs, invitations, exhibit guides and others as needed. In addition,
the team will assist the committee with graphics design and provide a consistent
theme for the conference publications and website.
Registration and Mailings:
The Conference Committee members, Speakers and Attendees will appreciate the
comprehensive and secure registration system. Available are
publication of the event forms and brochures, the creation of custom databases,
secure website and paper registrations, on-site registrations, payments, and
confirmations. In addition, from the data system we generate
participation and registration reports, as well as, the lists for relevant,
targeted mailings.
Exhibit Management:
A well planned exhibit venue can be an important part of the conference, as well
as a significant source of revenue. Three Dimensions will manage the exhibit
venue promotion, organization, liaison with exhibitors, security and accounting.
Specifically, our team will manage the operating budget, mailings, brochures,
sale of exhibit booths, registrations, contracts, exhibitor guidelines, exhibit
hall floor plan, décor, setup, security, teardown, invoicing, collection of
payments and summary reports.
Audiovisual:
The audiovisual presentations of the event will reflect greatly on the quality
of the event. Three Dimensions can take care of a audiovisual needs efficiently
and cost effectively.
Sponsorships:
Three Dimensions will assist the committee with the development of the sponsor
database and communications in order to obtain additional revenues to enhance
the conference finances and participation.
