Conference Planning and Management Overview:

Three Dimensions is prepared to provide complete conference coordination and management assisting the Conference Committee to plan and execute an effective, enjoyable and efficient conference.

Initially the Three Dimensions management team will work closely with the Conference Committee chair and members to define the goals, objectives and scope of the conference. As we move forward, other members of the Three Dimensions team will respond to requirements for website, technology, exhibits, publications, registration, housing, transport, security, accounting and reporting.   Planning and management for your conference would include the following:

Time Line Management:
Three Dimensions will work with the organizing committee to establish a mutually acceptable time line for the conference planning and execution. This would include specific tasks and dates for completion, defined responsibilities of both the Three Dimensions team and organizing committee to ensure efficient use of our combined resources and updates of the scheduled action plan reflecting progress and updated priorities.

Budget:
Three Dimensions will be responsible for the administration of the conference budget. The budget will be developed by the agreed upon date and will include all the key operational areas of the conference

Financial Reconciliation:
At the end of your event, Three Dimensions will provide you with detailed financial reports outlining payments received, unpaid balances and refunds to be made. Combined with the budget plan, these reports will summarize net results and revenues.

Reports:
Three Dimensions will prepare weekly reports to show the progress of the conference registrations and operation. Our reports gather and organize the information from participant and exhibitor registrations. These reports will facilitate better decisions in the planning of transportation, food and beverage, venue layouts, etc. that impact overall conference results.
