IF YOU CHOOSE TO REGISTER AT THIS TIME you will need to pay in full as the EMC board policy is to only register at this point with a FULL payment.

If you do register and do not pay we will have to remove your registration.

FYI Registration cutoff is on Aug 7th.

In order for your registration process to go smoothly please be sure to take a minute to read all of the below information.

REGISTRATION FEES:
Note: Early Registration Discounts for Registrations paid in full on or before July 20, 2009.  Payments received after this date will be considered late and extra fees will apply.  No exceptions.

DIGEST MEDIA:  One each 2009 Symposium Proceedings with W/T Presentations CD-ROMs included in registration fee.  Additional CD-ROMs and/ or Printed Symposium Proceedings may be requested with your registration.
 Print copies are only guaranteed to those who order by July 20, 2009.  Pick up on site only.
 
PAYMENT INFORMATION: Online payment is accepted using credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express or Discover).

However, if paying with Check, Bank Draft or Money Order - continue to online registration and at "Checkout Payment Summary", select "Logout".  Note: Early Registration Discounts for Registrations paid in full on or before July 20, 2009.

CONFIRMATION: A printed confirmation will be automatically sent to you in a few days.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by June 20, 2009.
A $50.00 processing fee will be charged for registrations cancelled prior to June 20, 2009.
For cancellations between June 20 and July 20, 2009 a 50% refund will be given.
There will be no refunds after 3:00 PM EDT on July 20, 2009.

The EMC 2009 Symposium Committee reserves the right to cancel any tour that does not meet the minimum requirement.  If a tour is cancelled, you will receive a full refund and will be contacted prior to the symposium.
 
Registration for the conference does not include a reservation for the Hilton or Marriott hotels.  Click Here for Hotel Information
