COMPANY EMPLOYEE BLOCK PATRON REGISTRATION

The ‘Company Employee Block Patron Registration’ category provides regular, five day registrations to the Symposium that include:

– All Technical Sessions
– The EMC Product Exhibits Hall
– CD ROM of Symposium Proceedings with Workshop/Tutorial Presentations
– Printed Workshop/Tutorial Presentations
– Welcome Reception – Gala Event – Awards Luncheon

The minimum level of ‘Patron’ participation in this category is 5 Technical Registrations for a total registration fee of $2,375. This provides access to the Symposium for five of your technical experts for an equivalent fee of only $475 per attendee. Registration of any number of attendees above the minimum level of 5 persons increases the Patron cost incrementally by $475 each. Full payment for the total number of attendees must be made at one time, with one payment.  Names, numbers, and emails of each attendee must be received no later than 45 days (July 3, 2009) before the start of the symposium.

PAYMENT INFORMATION: Payment is accepted using credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express or Discover). 

However, if paying with Check, Bank Draft or Money Order then please make payment to:

CANCELLATION POLICY: Registrations are NOT transferable between companies and may NOT be canceled.   Payment must be made in full by July 20,2009.  No exceptions.
 

DIGEST MEDIA:  One each 2009 Symposium Proceedings with W/T Presentations CD-ROMs included in registration fee.
