2008 URSI General Assembly

PAYMENT INFORMATION: Online payment is accepted using credit card (MASTERCARD, VISA, American Express or Discover).  Do not send cash.  However, if paying with Check, Bank Draft or Money Order - continue to online registration and at "Checkout Payment Summary", select "Pay Later"  (Payment is accepted in US dollars only.)
 

CONFIRMATION: If requested, a printed confirmation receipt will be sent for registrations received before July 10.
Thereafter, registrants will receive confirmation onsite.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing by June 30, 2008.
A $50.00 processing fee will be charged for registrations cancelled prior to May 31, 2008.
For cancellations between June 1, 2008 and June 30, 2008 a 50% refund will be given.
There will be no refunds after June 30, 2008.

Detailed descriptions of the social programs can be found on the General Assembly website.

Registration for social programs is required by June 15, 2008 to avoid cancellation of events. All events are non-refundable and must be prepaid by the registration deadline. A limited number of tickets are available for each event. All tickets will be on a first come, first serve basis and tickets must be presented for each event.
 
Registration for the conference does not include a reservation for the Hyatt hotel.
Make your hotel reservations through General Assembly website.
Rooms are limited and the deadline for receiving the Assembly rate is July 3, 2008.
