REGISTRATION FEES:
The deadline for early registration with completed payment is midnight, September 20, 2009. Thereafter, the standard registration price will apply.

Full Registration Fee Includes:  AMTA membership, admission to technical sessions, AMTA exhibits, proceedings CD, AMTA registration bag and its contents, meal tickets for breakfast and lunch Monday through Thursday, and a ticket to the Awards Banquet on Wednesday night.

One-Day Full Registration Includes:  AMTA membership, admission to technical sessions, AMTA exhibits, proceedings CD, and meal tickets for breakfast and lunch for that day.
Exhibitor Convenience Registration Fee Includes:  AMTA membership, admission to AMTA exhibits, proceedings CD, and meal tickets for breakfast and lunch Monday through Thursday. (This fee does not include admission to technical sessions, AMTA Awards Banquet Wednesday night, or full registration bag or its contents.)

Exhibits Only Pass Includes:  Admission to AMTA exhibits
 
PAYMENT INFORMATION: Online payment is accepted using credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD or American Express).  However, if paying with Check, Bank Draft or Money Order - continue to online registration and at "Checkout Payment Summary", select "Logout" - Please note that you will qualify for early registration fees only if payment is received by midnight, September 20, 2009.
 

CONFIRMATION: If requested, a printed confirmation receipt will be sent for registrations received before October 1,2009. Thereafter, registrants will receive confirmation onsite.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation fee of 10% of the Total Registration & Fees will apply on all charges if cancelled. Substitutions are permitted. All fees in US dollars and checks must be drawn in US funds. Only written requests for refunds received before September 20, 2009 will be accepted. Company or government purchase orders are not accepted.
