using PCI compliant secure encrypted transaction processing provided by

CONFIRMATION: If requested, a
printed confirmation receipt will be sent for registrations received before
the date designated for the event .
Thereafter, registrants will receive confirmation onsite. |

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Notice of
cancellation must be received in writing by the designated date for the
event. The cancellation fee will be deducted from the event
registration transaction by bonded Three Dimensions personnel. |

Information: Personal information provided for the event is not distributed to any persons not associated with the event planner, registration data entry and event management. Financial information provided by individuals attending the event is not distributed to any persons not associated with the event planner and registration data entry. Credit card details are not retained by the event planner, registration data entry or registration onsite cashiers. Only the information necessary to confirm payments or credits for accounting records is maintained in the event database. |
